Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $99 or more. Orders below $99 are subject to a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, email us at contactohmiliving@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We will send you instructions on how to complete your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at contactohmiliving@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, and we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.
